This drink is inspired by my recent trip to Mecca and Medina. It’s a very popular smoothie in Saudi Arabia, especially during hot weather. Thabakath consists of layers of fruit juices, often made with strawberry, mango, and avocado. I love this drink, it’s so refreshing and filling!
