Sheet Pan Lamb Chops are the ultimate easy weeknight dinner juicy, tender lamb chops roasted to perfection alongside seasoned potatoes or veggies of your choice, all on one pan for minimal effort and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2.2lb Lamb Chops
  • 1tbsp Dry roasted Cumin powder
  • 1tbsp Paprika
  • 1tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 lemon squeeze
  • Salt to taste
  • 6-8 crushed Garlic cloves
  • Crushed black pepper as needed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or as needed

For the potatoes

  • 3-4 medium potatoes (par boiled)
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • Pinch of Red chili powder

Cucumber Salad

  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro & Mint mix
  • 3 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Start my marinating the Lamb chops with all the spices: Cumin, Paprika, Oregano, Garlic, and Lemon Let it sit for 20-30 mins before baking.
  2. Pro Tip: You can salt the lamb chops before adding other spices, let sit for 10-20 mins. The salt will help tenderize the meat!
  3. Preheat oven 425F.
  4. Prep the potatoes, by boiling them in water for 5-6 mins before adding to the baking tray. This will help cook potatoes faster with Lamb.
  5. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Add Marinated Lambs, drizzle with lots of olive oil and crushed black pepper
  7. Add the potatoes, add any season, I added Kinder’s Caramelized onion butter seasoning.
  8. Bake at 425F for 10-15 mins depending on the thickness and then Broil for 2-3 mins on each side to get the char!
  9. Pro Tip: You can also Pan fry them first to get the char on both sides and then bake in oven!
  10. Once it’s done, let it sit for 10-20 mins in room temp.
  11. Serve with Yogurt Cucumber Salad and enjoy!
